Rossi Arte Parque is a high-end condominium for people with high purchasing power. The neighbourhood is planned and the condominium features distinct spaces and services to provide more comfort to its residents. Some of the services and amenities are: Gourmet Area, Pool, Party Room, gardens, firepits, Kids Room, Gym, Personal Trainer, and Car wash. 

Briefing

Create a unique application for the community that would live at Arte Parque and the administration team to guarantee a good use of its facilities and support charges, calendars, communications, etc.

RESULTS

The project went far beyond creating a seamless user experience with additional features in the booking platform, perfect financial control of all the additional charges from the administration and much more. The application was converted to a SaaS and sold to other companies later on. The project was so successful that Rossi decided to develop smaller versions of the application in other condos.
