Over a decade-long partnership, I led GEANF's transformation from a traditional organization to a digital education pioneer. By developing advanced websites, managing comprehensive marketing strategies, and optimizing event operations, we achieved doubled student enrollment, significant cost reductions, and heightened course demand, solidifying GEANF's industry leadership.

About GEANF

The Grupo de Estudos de Acupuntura Neurofuncional (GEANF) is comprised of medical professionals specializing in Acupuntura Neurofuncional, Neuromodulação Central e Periférica, and related fields. Their mission is to promote the teaching and research of peripheral neuromodulation techniques using needles, grounded in solid neuroscientific foundations, and presented in a universal medical language. GEANF aims to integrate neuroscientific knowledge into modern, rational medical practice, enhancing patient health and well-being.

Briefing

Over a ten-year collaboration from GEANF’s inception until 2020, I played a pivotal role in evolving their marketing strategies and event management. Initially, I developed an institutional website, which later expanded to include a student area, culminating in a comprehensive educational platform with subscription services. Through my agency, Motiv, I addressed all of GEANF’s marketing needs, including the production of signage, brochures, badges, brand collateral, pamphlets, social media content, and managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Additionally, through my secondary company, Pulse, I led their event management for five years, focusing on enhancing student enrollment and optimizing operational costs.

RESULTS

The strategic initiatives implemented during our partnership yielded significant outcomes:

  • Digital Transformation: Transitioned GEANF from a traditional business model to a modern digital education provider, launching three progressively advanced websites to enhance user engagement and learning experiences.

  • Event Growth and Efficiency: Doubled student enrollment in events while reducing associated costs by over 60%, achieving greater operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Marketing Success: Executed targeted social media and advertising campaigns that elevated course visibility, resulting in waiting lists for all new courses.
