Briefing
Following a brand refresh initiative (see previous case), the goal was to scale MeadowBrook’s digital presence, optimize performance, and support new business initiatives through cohesive design, clear messaging, and strategic execution. This included launching a new program (TAPP), building lead generation campaigns, and elevating sales tools to reflect the company’s evolving identity.
RESULTS
Website redesign with 100% SEO optimization (SEMRush) and Class A speed metrics on Google
Designed sales presentations and training decks to drive internal alignment and external consistency
Reorganized and redesigned the service offering to bring clarity and better positioning in the field
Developed and launched TAPP – Total Asset Protection Program:
Created a playful campaign using a “tap card” visual identity
Designed TAPP card, branded slogan (“Preventative Maintenance Simplified”), and a premium brochure with tabs, folds, and elevated design
Rolled out new business cards, branded work vans, and a refreshed Hino visual system to reinforce brand professionalism
Designed custom event materials: branded tent, table visuals, and signage for upcoming shows
Optimized and relaunched a PPC lead generation campaign, doubling conversion using half the investment of a previous third-party effort
Updated social media profiles to match the refreshed brand tone and visuals
